Suggest Treatment For Loose Stools, Gas And Thigh Pain

Question: My Wife ( Age 33) had Motion 4 times since morning. First time it was normal but later it was semi solid / liquid along with gas. currently she is having pain in thighs.
Please suggest some medicines.

She is having gastroenteritis. She can take tab. loperamide 4 mg twice a day for 2 days and Enterogermina respules (probiotics), twice daily for 2 to 3 days.

It is best if she can have less spicy and oily food. Have lots of curds and buttermilk. Plenty of water and fluids. She can also take tab. dolo 650 mg in case of fever or body pains.
