Question: Hello Doctor,
Today night my lower incisor (left) tooth has become loose due to teeth collision during sleep (I was watching a dream). Now, it is a bit loose, and I'm scared. Please help.

I understand your problem & you might have habit of bruxism that is tooth clenching at night.Currently do gum massage with gum tone gel or other good gum paint on associated tooth. If this recurrs then go for mouthguards to prevent your teeth from such trouble in future.
Consult orthodontist for further treatment plan.
