Brief Answer:
Intertrigo

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern.

Most likely he has developed intertrigo which is inflammation of the body folds due to moisture/ sweating which encourages growth of yeast/candida albicans.
I would suggest him to use an antifungal dusting powder e.g clotrimazole dusting powder. It would XXXXXXX keep the folds dry. In addition he may take an oral antifungal e.g tab. Fluconazole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.

Brief Answer:
Intertrigo

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Ok. He can avoid fluconazole tablet as it is metabolised by liver.
He may use clotrimazole 1% + beclomethasone dipropionate 0.25% combination cream (clotrin B cream), twice daily in addition to antifungal dusting powder at night.
