Brief Answer:
lipoma

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the query

According to your history given you might be having lipomas on your back that is back side of your stomach and on your hands.

A lipoma is a slow-growing, fatty lump that's most often situated between your skin and the underlying muscle layer.generally they are painless, doesn't harm and they are non cancerous

The cause of lipomas is unknown, sometimes inherited.

Lipomas usually are not treated, because most of them don't hurt or cause problems.

Meet your general surgeon, your doctor might remove the lipoma only if it is painful, gets infected, or just for cosmetic purpose

Thank you
take care
