Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Lesions and history suggest of balanitis. Foreskin adhesions worsen it and may lead to smegra formation, phimosis and paraphimosis. manual reduction of foreskin, good hygiene, saline irrigation, avoiding friction, good hygiene, hyaluronidase and vertical incisions are some of the options. Control itor it may lead to BXO ( Balaniti sXerotica obliterans) and worst case, penile cancers. Consider therapeutic circumcision for relief and easy short cut out here. Let your urologist decide what is best for you and discuss these options with him.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
