Suggest treatment for leg pain and headaches

Question: Hi, today is the first day of my exercise, after exercise i was feeling extremly weak and having feeling of being faint.
Legs are paining, having pain the body and having headach
Feeling fatique like thing

Please suggest

Hi and thanks for your query.

It seems that you went low on glucose and maybe electrolytes as well. Do let me know if you have any medical condition like diabetes, kidney etc.

There are some basic things about exercise that you should follow. Firstly you should do some mild exercise on first day. When you develop the stamina then you increase the duration of exercise. Secondly you should have some snacks before exercising. Never do exercise empty stomach. Thirdly take some sports drink like gatorade during exercise to make up for lost electrolytes with sweating.

I would suggest that you take some rest for now. Take adequate diet. Also take gatorade, ORS or shikanjavi with some salt in it. If the pain persists take a tablet of ibuprofen 200mg. Most probably you will get better with these steps. If you do not get better then you will need to see a doctor and get some tests done.
