Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I have read your query and understood your problem.

The low back pain you have could be due to a number of causes like Age related degeneration of the vertebral column, Sciatica, arthritis of the involved hip etc.

Pain of Arthritis of the involved hip will cause pain, stiffness of the single hip and so as of the lower back which can hinder the walking. Pain of Sciatica is radiating from the lower back to the calves or feet usually associated with tingling and numbness.

Eat healthy. Keep well hydrated. Avoid lifting heavy weights. Avoid bending forwards, squatting or cross legged sitting.

Kindly visit your Orthopaedic surgeon to help find the cause of this problem and treat accordingly gly with proper examination and necessary investigations like Xray or MRI.

I hope I have answered your query.

Thanking you.

Regards,

Dr. Aashish Raghu
