Brief Answer:
It can be a tenosynovitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that you are having tenosynovitis. In this condition there is inflammation of the tendon. This is due to overuse or some time it can be due to Trauma.
Before I advised you anything I would like to know little detail of your illness.
1.It is good if you can send me image of your hand with a marker on that site.
2.Are you do lot of typing on laptop or mobile?
3.Is there is any redness or swelling also there?
Please send me answers of these questions. I will try my best to help you.

Brief Answer:
You need to see a skin specialist for neck lesion

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for replying. I have studied your reports. Most common cause of pain in that region is tenosynovitis or tendon inflammation. It is not a serious problem and it improves with rest and hot water fomentation. You can apply volition gel and take a Etorixoxib tablet.
As far as your neck is concerned most probably it is allergic dermatitis. I would recommend you to take a skin specialist advise.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
