Brief Answer:
You are most probably having URTI result into dry cough & laryngitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query and understand your concern.

After reading your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having upper respiratory tract infection(URTI) with Post nasal discharge (PND).
PND result into dry persistent cough & laryngitis.

If I were your treating Doctor for this case, I would advice you
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily,
Plenty of fluids,
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Antacid syrup twice daily,
Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination at night &
combination of Paracetamol + Ibuprofen for pain & swelling in larynx.

You will get relief.

You will need to see your doctor to get a prescription.
Investigation needed Videolaryngoscopy.

Certainly above treatment will give you much relief but if relief is not upto satisfaction level then consultation with your ENT doctor will become essential.

Hope this information helpful to you. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards.
