Question: My wife is diagnosed with large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma the first part of XXXXXXX since then she has had a bone scan a cat scan a pet scan mri and many blood test I am wondering when the testing will stop and the treatment will start in the mean time she has tumors in her shoulder so she can't move her arm in her pelvic area so she can;t sit and lots of pain

As the PETCT has been done , and if the blood reports are normal the treatment must start now.
From your details i can understand that she has a stage 4 disease. Complete cure is not possible, however quality of life can be improved.
Besides chemotherapy, pain management can be done by analgesics and opioids drugs as well as local application of radiotherapy to vulnerable and painful areas.
