i read your question and i understand your concernl Bruise on the back out of no where with no trauma history or insect bite history or skin allergies or dermatitis history should be evaluated as it might be correlated with recent stone surgery you had in kidneys, or it could be some vascula ror hematological imbalances and coagulopathy. It could be wound site complication. There are many possibilities and needs to be narrowed down to the one by visiting a doctor, let them have a look, run some labs, do an ultrasound scan of abdomen and pelvis and sort it out.
