Brief Answer:
Hot water fomentation is helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think you are having soft tissue injury. In this case you should do following.
1.Avoid squatting, sitting cross leg and using stairs. Cycling is harmful.
2.Hot water fomentation
3.There is no role of ice
4.knee cap can be worn.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you. Let me know if you have any other follow up questions.
Thanks
