Question: I have a lump feels like it is on bone painless. Been there for 6 months or so not growing just scared. It is below knee think it showed up after I fell on concrete stairs last year. I'm 47 yr old female

As the lump is not growing fast (it is not growing at all), there is no need to be concerned.
Only in case of quickly growing lump we can think about sarcoma or similar issue. At your case this is almost impossible.
Most likely this lump is related to the recent injury. It can be some scar tissue, small piece of bone or even small hematoma. It would be good to have it checked with an ultrasound. Please consult your doctor and have this test done.
