Brief Answer:
Size of stone is important

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I wish you had provided some more details regarding the nature of the stones. But broadly, stones in ureter less than 6mm will pass away, especially with medical expulsive therapy (MET), in over 68% of patients, while stones bigger than 6mm, and lesser than 10mm will pass away in 50% of patients. Stones larger than 10mm often will have trouble in coming out and may need intervention.
So if the scan report has mentioned that your stones are of a particular size, this will serve as a guide for you to know whether you should be treated straightaway or should you wait.
Medical expulsive therapy involves the patient taking medicines called alpha-blockers like Urimax, which will open up the lower urinary passage, and thereby help the stone to be delivered. However if there is an obstruction below the level of the stone or if there is infection or if the pain is not coming down with medication, small stones also may need to be removed urgently.
The success of homoeopathy is mainly with stones less than 6mm.
Hope I have been able to help you.
