Brief Answer:
Likely he has developed Retention of urine due to stone impacted in urethra

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you2 grand son has developed Acute Retention of urine ddue to stone being impacted in urethra .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Does ha have severe pain in abdomen ?
2) Is bladder distended ?

You need to go to E.R again and get the bladder emptied by putting a catheter followed by appointment with urologist to asses the size of the stone and explore need for removal of stone kaleidoscopically.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
