I had fever ,weakness & no appetite since 20 jul, got my blood tested
on 25 jul, the total bilirubin was 2.3, SGOT 89 & SGPT 98
on 27 jul the total bilirubin was 2.6,
on 03 august total bilirubin came down to 2.4,
on 10 august total bilirubin was 1.6, and
on 13 august total bilirubin was 1.1 & SGOT is 52 & SGPT 65
I had no fever since 29 jul and I was having bland diet and juices since 31 jul.
now I feel better, no weakness and my appetite is OK.
I have to join for military training on 27 august, will I be able to do physical exercises and running. and for how long I have to carry on with my bland diet?
Answered by Dr. BR Hudda 10 minutes later
Brief Answer:
Yes you will be able to do all the routine activities by 27th August

Detailed Answer:
welcome again
you can resume your complete physical activity in next 2 to 3 weeks so it will be alright if you start military training from 27 August, gradually you can switch over to your normal diet with more of fruit and vegetable contents.

You should take plenty of glucose water and maintain good hydration
avoid strenuous exertion initially for a week or two once you join military training
Hope this answers your question
Best wishes
