Question: I am 78 years old. For the past six months I have had itching vesicular bumps form on my forearms. They do not move but they do not go away, and persistently increase in number. should I bring this to a doctor's attention?

Itchy vesicular bumps on the forearms can be due to sensitivity to sun, allergy to anything being applied or being worn on the arms or due to any specific vesicular disease of the skin.
