Suggest Treatment For Itchy Spots On Thigh

Question: I just noticed a discolaration in my skin it is located in my thigh can u tell me the causes of this
This attached photo is the spot that i have just found in my thigh

I have seen the photograph you have uploaded but I need to ask you few questions:
Is there any history of itching or burning over the discoloured area?
What is the duration of the discolouration?
History of use of any medicine over it?
Are you having more spots ? If yes kindly upload more pictures.

Yes i noticed three spots there is no itching or discomfort at all i didnt use any medication on iy

Brief Answer:
fungal infection
I have seen all the three photographs and it seems to be a case of fungal infection. You can apply clotrimazole cream on the affected area.
I hope it gets better with it as all the other antifungals are prescription drugs and you will have to consult a dermatologist for it.
