Question
Hi , I am having a skin infection on my neck. It has minor itching and also red in color. It has though faded in the last days.

I have reviewed the attached photographs and you seem to be having eczema.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like mometasone cream on the affected area twice daily for 10-12 days.
Also take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg once daily at bedtime.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
