Brief Answer:
Looks like eczematous rash, topical steroid, moisturising lotion & antihist

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs.
It seems you are having eczematous rash to something you have used or applied on your body or due to sun exposure or due to internal sensitivity of the skin.
The cream you are using contains antibiotic, antifungal and steroid.
There is no need to use such a combination cream.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent and liberal application of a moisturising lotion 2-3 times in a day for 2-3 weeks.
For itching you can take tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once daily at bedtime.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Dr Asmeet
