Question: I keep getting small itchy red rash on face that come and go. What causes it, what is it? I uploaded picture. It lasts about 3-4 days then goes, then will come back, and usually in same areas.

I have checked the attached image. It seems that there could be an allergic reaction which is causing the rash to appear. But there is also a possibility of a fungal infection. You can try applying candid (clotrimazole) lotion over the area and see if the rashes stop recurring. You can take some antiallergic like cetirizine for a few days when you get the rashes.
