Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rash On Genital Area

Question: Mom is 92 . Sits all the time . Developed rash on her bottom where she sits and it became like hard skin. It itches and so it bleeds when itched.
We used many lotions even for diaper rash. It just wont improve

She has developed bed sores.
These develop due to pressure and atrophy of skin.
Creams won't be of much use.
Get a water filled or air filled mattress for her.
It is called as alpha bed.
This will help in dissemination of pressure and prevent sore.
Use siloderm cream in night and an antifungal powder in day.
These will prevent infection.

Give her an antihistamine tablet.
Remember to avoid pressure at one point for prolonged periods.

Doctor, a rash is develoving all over that area and aroundthe hips too. Her arms too. All itching her. We saw a local doctor and he gave her something called eumovete cream( clobetasone butyrate) , now for three days, not helping much. Can you help me . I will send you a photo. Thanks
