Brief Answer:
Most probably Molluscum contagiosum

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for a good picture quality.
These appear to be molluscum contagiosum as every lesion has umbilicated appearance and has a central white spot.
Do not apply anti-fungal cream.
Please consult a Dermatologist to get the diagnosis confirmed and if it molluscum, He / She will do needling therapy.
There is a rare chance of this being folliculitis.
Do not apply anything and do not rub over these, may spread fast and to other areas.

Wishing a good recovery.

Caused by virus.

Molluscum contagiosum is caused by a virus and forms a nidus inside the vesicle with erythema ( redness ) around it.

Since when have you got this ?
Does anyone you are in contact with has got similar lesions?

I think it started becoming pimple like about a week ago. And started spreading to the pubic hair area. And can be itchy if i accidentally touch it.
