Suggest Treatment For Itchy Dryness On The Knuckles

Question: Lately on the top of my hands, like my palms but the top not inside of hands, u know what I mean, like outside of my hand by the knuckles, I've been getting rlly itchy there all day n my hands been super dry n they're starting to crack, and when I shine a light on the hands I can see that there's so many little bumps, what could this be?

From the details provided, it seems you could be having pompholyx. It is a type of hand eczema where one gets itchy pin point fluid filled raised lesions over palms and sides of fingers and it heals with dryness and exfoliation of skin. I need a photo of the rash so that I am better able to help you.

To treat the same, I usually prescribe:
potent steroid cream like clobetasol cream twice in a day
A thick moisturizer like cetaphil multiple times in a day
If lesions are too itchy, levocetrizine tablet 5 mg can be taken twice daily.

Usually in a week lesions improve. I would advise that you consult your dermatologist prior to starting medicines.
