Suggest Treatment For Itchy Boils On Scrotum
Question: I am having bumbs on scrotum. It itches 2-3 times a day on the scrotum. It itches on the inner thighs and calf and sometimes on the back but the bumps are only on the scrotum. It always itches when i wake up in the morning and every other night.
It came up one and a half months ago I used anti fungal cream and kept the area clean and it started to go away but not entirely after 1 week it started growing back again.

These look like boils. Not fungal but could be bacterial or allergic or contact dermatitis.
Are there similar lesions on penis skin or inner thigh?
Have you changed the type of under wears that you wear recently?
Have you had any sexual encounters recently?

You should ideally consult a Dermatologist who would be able to see the complete picture.
I usually advice my patients Tab Cetrizine 10mg twice a day and Soframycin ointment for local application. Wash he area with soap and water at least twice a day and keep it dry. You might want to change your underwear to comfortable fitting soft cloth materials, nothing synthetic and see.
