Brief Answer:
suspecting a melanoma. please get a dermatoscopy

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for posting your query.

I can understand your concern.

I reviewed the picture . I have a suspicion that it could be a melanoma.

However it needs to be confirmed whether it's a melanoma or not by a dermatoscopy by your doctor.

In case he suspects it to be a melanoma he will ask for a biopsy to reconfirm the diagnosis.

The other possible diagnosis i kept in mind are

1. A nevus which has got inflamed.

2. A wart.

It will be best to get a dermatoscopy done from your doctor at the earliest.

For the itching you can take tab. Loratidine once at night.

Melanoma is a skin cancer. It can be treated of detected early.

Please let me know if you have any queries.

Take care
