Brief Answer:
It can be due to parasite infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that this can be due to following causes.
1.Bad Perineal hygiene.
2.Fungal or parasitic infection
3.tight clothing, hairy skin or prolonged sitting
So I ould suggest you follow these steps.
1.Wear loose clothes and do not sit for a long time in the same position.
2.You can use ring cushion seat for sitting.
3.Apply dry clotrimazole powder twice daily. You can also apply betamethasone cream if itching is associated with dryness.
4.Hot water bath in a tub is helpful.
5.Tablet Cetrizine or Atarax should be taken if itching is severe.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other follow-up questions.
thanks
