Brief Answer:
Seems to be fixed drug eruption to medicines

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have gone through your complaints as well as reviewed the attached photograph.
It seems your friend has developed fixed drug eruption to some medicines.
It is a common type of drug reaction mostly to pain killers, antibiotics ( mostly for loose motions ) or any other medicines.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to identify the drug causing it and avoid using it in future.
Meanwhile to resolve the reaction he can use a topical steroid antibiotic combination like mometasone and fusidic acid cream twice daily on the affected areas for 7-10 days.
If associated with itching or irritation take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Thanks for your reply.

So what should be the concentration of these creams.

And how to apply these creams. Like should he apply both creams at the same time or there should be gap between.

Brief Answer:
Available as a single cream containing combination of both the medicines

Detailed Answer:
This is available as a single cream containing mometasone 0.1 percent and fusidic acid.
Various brands available in the market are momate F cream, HH fudic cream and Mf sudif cream.
You can use either of the above cream on the lips as well as penile skin twice daily for 7-10 days.
