Brief Answer:
Seems insect bite hypersensitivity reaction, cortisone cream & antihistamin

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have gone through your complaints as well as reviewed the attached photographs.
It seems to be insect bite hypersensitivity reaction.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg twice daily.
Besides this check the surroundings and beddings for any insects and bugs.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

i thought it was a bite too but it is not because it is spreading day by day on the other side of my back. We change our sheets weekly. My wifes rash started with it on her head then neck then her back. My rash just started last night on my side now on arm and other side of my torso. I checked my bed with a magnifing glass and no bugs.

Brief Answer:
Still looks like insect bite hypersensitivity reaction

Detailed Answer:
It means insect bite hypersensitivity reaction like just one bite can lead to an allergic reaction.
It doesn't mean multiple bites at different places.
It can occur on all the sites of the body you have mentioned.
I would recommend you to apply cortisone cream and take antihistaminic.
