Brief Answer:
Seems like bacterial infections and can be transferred with bugs or bites

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to HealthcareMagic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through.

Based on the history and images you have shared, these are distant early maculopapular eruptions and doesn't seem to be an allergic rash but seems more likely to be bacterial infections like the ones which may grow in base of hair follicles or in superficial layers of skins caused by mostly gram positive bacteria though other atypical may also be causatives and may be directly transmitted through contaminants or by bites as well as you have discussed.

It's better to get it reviewed in detail by a dermatologist but meanwhile using anti histamines like cetrizine or loratidine for itching and analgesics like acetaminophen or ibuprofen for pain or inflammation may help.

Using preliminary antibiotics like augmentin or cephradine may be helpful but cultures of any discharge through these rashes would be helpful to identify exact causative organism and the antibiotics it is sensitive to. Using topical ointments like polymycin with combinations of local pain killers like lignocaine can be helpful as well.

Blood cultures and baselines blood workup should be done if accompanied with fever or any lumps in the body.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope this has answered your query, If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
