Brief Answer:
Looks like Angular Cheilitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,thank you for posting your query on health care magic.

Looking at your pictures(seems like crack skin with redness over the angle of mouth),it seems that you are probably suffering from angular cheilits(Angular cheilitis is inflammation of one or both corners of the mouth).

Angular cheilitis can be caused by infection, irritation, or allergies. Infections include by the fungi such as Candida albicans and bacteria such as Staph. aureus. Irritants include licking the lips or drooling, mouth breathing resulting in a dry mouth, smoking, and minor trauma. Allergies may include to substances like toothpaste, makeup, and food. Often a number of factors are involved.Other factors may include poor nutrition.

You may find relief by Applying topical antifungal like Nystatin/Clotrimazole and Topical Antibiotic like Mupirocin/fusidic acid over the corner of mouth.
Also start a multivitamin tablet containing iron, B2, B3, B6, and B12.

Follow few life-style measures as follows:
Proper diet,Avoidance of lip licking habit, Avoiding allergenic cosmetic products, keeping the lips moisturized by applying petroleum jelly or Vitamin E oil , avoidance of citrus fruits or any citrus-contained beverages during the healing process as any acidic liquid will worsen the problem,Staying hydrated as dehydration is a possible cause of angular cheilitis, so drinking more water should help you prevent the problem from recurring and also help to keep the lips moisturized naturally.

If you don’t find relief by above measures, then it would be advisable to consult an Otolaryngologist doctor or a Dermatologist Doctor.Culture of swabs taken from the corners of the mouth is also required as it will reveal the infecting agent.

Hope this answers your query.I would be happy to answer if you have any follow-up questions.Take care.
