Brief Answer:
Vaginal infection or atrophy

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Vaginal itching and redness can be due to vaginal infection or vaginal atrophy.
Are you post menopausal?
If infection is ruled out by vaginal swab examination, then it is likely due to vaginal atrophy and dryness.
I will suggest you to apply evalon ointment if you are post menopausal, as it will help in atrophy and dryness.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Wishing you good health.
