Brief Answer:
Seems to be polymorphic light eruption

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at Healthcaremagic
I have gone through your complaints and seems you are having polymorphic light eruption.
It is a type of sensitivity to sunlight which occurs in spring and summers in predisposed individuals.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply steroid cream like mometasone furoate or clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2 weeks along with antihistaminic like tablet chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg twice daily till the itching and burning continues.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Besides this continue with the sunscreen, avoid direct sunexposure, wear full sleeved clothes and make use of hat, umbrella and scarf whenever out in the sun.
I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to clarify any further doubts.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
