Question: Hi, i am XXXX's wife, 28. I am facing irritation n itching in vagina area since 4-5 days. Since saturday i am applying quadriderm cream, but not much relief. I was taking some antibiotics and pain killers to reduce the swelling caused by a injection, after which i feel i am geting the irritation. Currently i am having ovares, chymoral forte and folic acid. I am not feeling any pain while passing urine. It is just all over vaginal skin i am feeling the itching. Please sugest what can be done for getting relief from this itching.

Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
In my opinion this is just a post inflammation itch and will go by itself in a couple of days.
Till then apply talcum powder in that area to keep it dry avoid scratching as much as possible.
Keep applying same ointment twice a day after property washing the area each time.
Also change your undergarments every time after applying the cream.
Keep the area dry and avoid tight clothes for a few days.
Take care.

Detailed Answer:
It is otherwise safe but don't apply it for at least 2 weeks because the skin in that area is sensitive right now so it will react to that.
Just apply quadriderm twice a day and keep local hygiene and this alone will suffice.
All the best.
