Brief Answer:
Allergic balano posthitis is the other possibility.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

Itching over penis may be due to various reasons from yeast infection, Scabies, genital Herpes and other skin conditions.

If it is due to yeast infection then you will be relieved by the application of Candid B cream and taking levocetrizine. Loratidine also antihistamines similar to that of Levocetrizine. Tablet Flucanazole (Anti-fungal antibiotic) weekly once for three weeks will ensure a total cure. As you are 21 years old, Diabetes mallitus is unlikely which can predispose yeast infection. Prolonged antibiotic therapy, immuno-suppressive drugs like steroid have to be stopped if any. Treatment of sexual partner is a must to prevent reinfection. Abstinence during treatment ensures a better cure.
The other possibility in your case (From Pictures sent by you), it could be just an allergic balanopsthitis as there is redness and scaling. Avoid cetaphil cleansing lotion and all types of soaps, antiseptic lotion inside your foreskin. Wash with plain water is enough.
Consult your Dermato-venereologist. He/she will examine you closely and suggest investigations if necessary. As per his/her guidance you take your treatment. You will be alright soon.

Brief Answer:
only after seen by a dermatologist, treatment to be started

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back
It is always better to get examined by a dermatologist before applying anything. If it is not due to yeast infection, and simply an allergic reaction, then application of candid B cream may worsen the situation. Treating with picture alone is not advisable.it is a sensitive area in our body.

ok sir i will surely see a dermatologist today.
I have one other question sir. I can very easily pull my foreskin back completely when it is flaccid but when my penis is erect i can only pull it back half way over the glans. Is it a problem?
I did a little internet research and found out that my condition is called short frenulum berve..
Please give your valuable advice.

Brief Answer:
Circumcision is a better solution.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
I am happy that you are going to meet your dermatologist.
Difficulty in retracting foreskin during erection is called as partial phimosis. It will lead to painful intercourse or dysparunia. Circumcision or removal of foreskin is the better solution.

Brief Answer:
Frenoplasty is not necessary

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Everything has to be decided by your surgeon after examine the extent of your problem. Frenoplasty is not indicated. I didn't hear anybody is doing such procedure. Without frenum there will not be any problem to have sex. Consult your surgeon. Dr Murugan
