Brief Answer:
Possible conditions listed below sir

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Pain on both sides of the GI tract in my opinion raises doubt for the following conditions:

+Colon abnormality: As it spreads to over both sides of the GI tract (e.g. irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.)

+Appendicitis: The pain in appendicitis is very different and is usually described as 'spreads in the pattern of a belt around the waist'

+Kidney stones: This also causes pain on both sides of the GI tract and can be sensitive to touch

Either of these conditions can be diagnosed with the help of ultrasound examinations (abdomen, pelvis and KUB). I hope you can get in touch with a doctor and get yourself examined and diagnosed accordingly.

Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
