Suggest Treatment For Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Question: I have ibs(irritable bowel syndrome).i came to know about it 1 month ago but i have symptoms from long time(2years) but never bothered to check it bcoz it was never serious.now i m taking probiotics and natural fibres as my doctor suuggests.also maintaining a diet and avoiding the foods which trriggers ibs as suggested by my doctor.now my stool is alright but the problem is that i am have this uncomfortableness or slight pain in my legs which is causing discomfort.a feeling which is causing restlessness.since ibs is triggered mentally also and i m having exams which r just over so i just want to just overcome this discomfort pain in legs.it seems like my hormones are triggering in unbalanced way may be due to tension.suggest me some tablets to treat this pain and discomfort.is it a nerve pain which may be damaged by unbalancing of hormones.my kidney liver thyroid urine tests all r normal.so is it just tension which is causing this??suggest me the treatment

1) Have you been feeling low or tired in recent days?
2) Are you able to have adequate sleep? Do you have problem while falling asleep or gets awake in the early morning?
3) Does certain worry or thoughts bother you and keeps reinstating in your head over and over?
4) Do you feel that your concentration has reduced and gets distracted or irritable over minor issues?

I'll need the answer to these questions to rule out certain possibilities in my head.

As for as sleep is concern since my exams were there i have not been able to sleep properly.i sleep during day and used to read over night.there is constant tension in my mind regarding exam preparation since last 1 month.concentration is not a problem because i have already make up mind to avoid certain things but yes they keep worrying me but i ignore them.i have been feeling low becsuse they did not went good in between exams but good thing was that i had strong determination in mind and will work hard in future to perform well.i was not tired because i kept pushing myself more for preparation.

Dear, from the description of your complaints, it appears that you are suffering from excessive stress. Your exams appear to be source for anxiety and stress. The complaint of having discomfort in your legs is not uncommon with the amount of stress that you are undergoing. There are no other significant symptoms that suggest any specific cause for your leg pain; besides stress induced back problem is a rare but one possibility that could explain your pain. Otherwise it’s just a general body weakness that appears most likely the cause for your leg pain.
I suggest you to have complete and adequate rest and nutrition.
Serum vit b12 and vitamin D can be checked and likely to be low.
Have vitamin supplements, especially vit B complex and moderate physical exercise.
The complaints should subside by week or so, if still persist to continue a consultation to local general physician can be advised.

Sir please name the supplements that can be taken and tell me how to reduce stress because its a part of my lifestyle.i mean career tension and all.is there any tablet or diet or food or some kind of protocol which will reduce stress??

Any Multuvitamin tables such as tab neurobion Once a day for three months, will work.
Lifestyle modifications like regular moderate psychical exercise, yoga session and maintaing regular sleep habit.
avoiding junk food and drugs use.

Such this will def help, however a psychiatrist can give you a thorough technique to deal with the stresses.
