Brief Answer:
Hormones need to be tested

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for your query.

I have read you query and I understand your concerns about ovulation.

Following is my reply:

1) It is difficult to say if you have hormonal problem / imbalance unless you test hormones.

2) Let me know your height and weight. Obesity is one of the reasons for having irregular cycles. Weight loss is the solution.

3) If possible please get following hormones tested on second day of your cycle and let me know the report: FSH, LH, AMH, TSH, Prolactin.

4) Testing these hormones will give me an idea about any hormonal imbalance.

5) Meanwhile you can use ovulation predictors like clearblue fertility monitors for identifying the ovulation and try for pregnancy.

I hope I answered you query and addressed your concerns.

Let me know if you wish to ask any further questions. I will be glad to help you.

Regards,
Dr. Soumya
