Suggest Treatment For Irregular Period
Question: Last one year i have irregular period.. last february i consult one doctor she done my tvs scan and she told me thereis no problem take duphostone 5 tablets and after within four days i got periods and that time onwards every month i took five duphostone and i got period and last five months we are trying to get pregnant but still not.. plz tell me pregnancy is not happenned due to the use of duphostone ? If i use dhuphostone for regularity of my periods is ok for me or not? If its ok then how long i want to use?

1) No as such there is no subject area which shows that duphaston interfere with fertility rather it is useful where the leuteal phase defect (progesterone deficiency) cause infertility.
2) It is useful in regularizing menstrual cycle.
It can be used 10 mg bid from 11 th day to 25 th day of Cycle.
3) You can use it for 3-6 cycle.
So in your case you can use duphaston for regularization of your cycle after consulting your treating physician.

Madam thats for ur guidance... u told me for regularity of mensus period can use duphostone from 17th to 25th day, if i conceive in between, there is any problem to stop duphostone in 25th day?

Thanks Ma'am, i have one dought, u told me last time if i concieve in between 16th to 25th can stop duphostone on 25th, i heared from somewhere onece we start using duphostone, if that stop within 5 days bleeding coming.. if i stop on 25th any problem happened to my pregnancy?
Ma'am my last LMP was 5th of August, i wait up to 15th September not come menses period, from 15th to 19th i took duphostone as per my doctor earlier guidance and i waited, in 22nd i got period, now 2nd day of the period. like this period coming any problem or it is normal case? i am able for tring pregnancy or not? if able please guide me from which day onwards we want to try for conceive? i am highly thankful for your guidance.
