Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Cycle

Question: Hi,
I am 24 years old. My menstrual cycle is irregular and it was like this from the beginning. When I was 17 years old, I had a gap for 6-7 months and consulted a doctor and as per the lab reports then my prolactin was high. I followed the medication given by doc for 6-7 months and discontinued. My menstrual cycle is still irregular and now I have a gap for 3months. Please advice...

Can you please give me the exact test names that i need to go with. Is TSH for thyroid? Is this one test enough?
