Question: Was taking Paxil 40, 1 q am. Concerta 27, 1 q am: Buspar 15 @1 1/2 bid: Clonazepam 0.5 @ 2 bid. Got the intestinal flu, so bad I couldn't take meds for 7 days now. How do I safely taper back to something. Having HA and dizziness. I'll call my Dr. on Mon. Need help now please.
