Brief Answer:
Intertrigo and mild hair folliculitis found.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

I saw the pictures sent by you.
These pictures are not at all fit with Herpes infection.
I can make out an intertrigo of groin and mild hair folliculitis from these pictures.
Intertrigo is a form of Eczema.
Application of Steroid creams along with antibiotic, oral antihistamines for itching and if necessary an oral antibiotic for a week or two will relieve your problem. It is not related to any STD or HIV.
If your sex is unprotected then testing for STD and HIV is mandatory to rule out these conditions.
Safe sex is always to be followed in future.

Brief Answer:
No need to treat ED.Consume enough water

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome back.

As you said, the Erectile dysfunction is situational and you need not take any medication for ED.
Contact with sweating of the sex partner during your encounter may be a reason for your problem.
Your medications are enough to take care of Intertrigo. If the folliculitis has not been controlled then an addition of antibiotic cream and oral tablets may help you.

Pain in penis , it has to be examined for if there is any inflammation.
Consume plenty of water you will feel better.

Brief Answer:
You can proceed with your marriage.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
What you had, is not a sexually transmitted disease. But there is a possibility of transmission through skin to skin contact. But your problem will be solved within a weeks time and folliculitis might need a long course of management though.

You would not be infectious even through skin contact; atleast not after a week. So you need not worry and you can proceed with your marriage.

Hello Doc,

Today when I masterbuated, I felt pain while ejaculating.. Specially when Seman was about to come out..I felt like I was going to cum a lot but I didnt..
After that I do not have any problem in peeing or anything..
I read online that there are few STDs which have such issues..
I am really concerned cos I am getting married soon..

Pls advice if I have to go through any tests or medication?

Brief Answer:
With safe sex STD is unlikely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

When your risky exposures were protected, then there is no possibility for an urethritis or a reproductive tract infection due to STD cause.

"Painful ejaculation is common with STD" - this is not true statement. Any type of reproductive tract infection can cause a painful ejaculation or a forcible masturbation also might be a reason. If you are not sure about your protection, then it is better to have tests for STD and HIV. Presence of more than 5 pus cells in Semen in analysis indicates Reproductive tract infection which can be confirmed by culture and sensitivity and treated accordingly.

Brief Answer:
Urine and semen tests will do.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again.

For painful ejaculation a routine examination of urine and semen will be enough. If there is findings then further tests may be indicated.
