Question: HI I AM SUFFERING INTERNAL PILES FOR LAST 6 MONTHS, DOCTOR ADVISE TO NAKE NEXPROL-40 EMPTY STOMCH & DEBOSIL 2 TIME EVENING & MORNING DAILY.
CAN THIS MEDICINE EFFECTIVE FOR PILES. I HAVE ALSO DONE UPPER & LOWER ENSCOPY.

Hello Doctor, Thanks for your answer, I am taking Dobesil for last 20 days alongwith Nexpro-L40. One time. But I think i have no any benefit of these medicine. I have some swelling below the anus & a mosuca is arriving during the toilet. As per report I have Grde-II Internal Piles . Kindly provide best medicine. Or Can I go for Injection.

Dear Sir,
I am taking Dobeil & Nexpro L for last 20 Days. and I feel that this is not fully working. I have some swelling below the anus & some mosuca is arriving during the passing the stool.
