Suggest Treatment For Internal Haemorrhoids
Question: what would cause the anus to feel tight? I do believe I have had a couple internal hemorrhoids for the past month. could this be the cause? I'm also having thin stools once in awhile. I've been online and it said it could be signs of colon cancer but I think i may be over thinking it. I have no blood in the stool and pain only occurs after wiping for a bit too much I belive. could all this be the reasons why I have this tight feeling once in awhile?

Feeling of Anal tightness could be due to Anal fissure.It is nothing but a crack/ulcer in the Anal canal.
Haemorrhoids will cause bleeding.
You should take high fiber diet,eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. You should drink plenty of liquids.
Your stool should be soft.Then,there will be no tightness.
If there is no response with dietary modifications, I do Anal dilatation under Regional anaesthesia.
Colonoscopy will confirm any lesions in the colon.
Nothing to worry.

what exactly is anal dilatation? I do have to small bumps that seem to pop out when using the restroom but seem to go right back up afterwards. Is this also a symptom of this?

thanks. one last thing I have what seems to be a fungal in that region also. is this just coincidental or a symptom of something more serious?
