Brief Answer:
possible diverticulitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
It is possible diverticulitis or gynecological issue due to ovarium cyst or there is an uroinfection. So if pain persist you should see doctor do urine analysis and do abdominal CT scan to rule out diagnoses that i ve mentioned. Till that try to eat easier food, more fluids. If pain persist for more that 2 weeks, then colonoscopy is required.
Wish you good health. Regards

I'm eating a low residue diet. I feel lethargic and am tired. Have dropped off to sleep twice today.
Motivation is very low. I'm usually very active and haven't ventured out for three days

Brief Answer:
work up required

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
More detailed work up is required. need to check red blood count for anemia, hormones and gastrointesinal tract. Your symptoms ate nonspecific and still dont need to indicate some disorder but work up is required.
