Brief Answer:
As discussed in details below.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your partial feedback. (- Nausea, vomiting, bloating, loose stool?
- Urinary symptoms like frequency, burning, blood in urine - not mentioned)
With the history of pain in the left side of abdomen, starting close to naval till the back with burning sensation while passing stool indicates this may be due to colitis of the large bowel on left side with or without left sided kidney or ureter problem as it also mimics the symptoms that you have mentioned.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Send the sample of stool, urine and blood for lab.
Get an ultrasound of abdomen. This helps to rule out any stone or problems related to the kidney on left side.
Consult a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation, examination and correlation with the investigations and to get the proper prescription based medications as required.
I hope this answer helps you, this is important since the pain is intense in spite of the medications.
