Brief Answer:
Sovorexant is available

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Thanks for using Healthcare magic.

I I'm sorry to know that none of the standard sedative medications working for you.

I will request you to make a list of all tried medications and send it to me.

I think Dorra 22 is not in market as human trials are not yet completed but Suvorexant was approved by USFDA around two years back and is available in many of the countries. As per my information it was one of the medication with great promise but did not helped to the claimed extent.

I hope this helps you.
Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
Ask your doctor to prescribe following

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for reverting back to me.

I have reviewed the forwarded prescriptions and I think following can be tried to get sleep.

Please remember that this is not prescription and should be used after consulting your treating doctor. The dosage used in the answer is tentative at which most of my patients often respond even when they have resistant insomnia.

1. Tab Trazodone
or
2. Tab. Zolpidem
or
Tab. Oxazepam

I understand that it is not a simple case but I must assure you that we will be able to work out it to the optimum level with trial and error.

Thanks and regards.

Oxazepam is an anti anxiety med and has least side effects. But will it help me to sleep? What is the dosage to be taken. Should I take any other combination.

Brief Answer:
Most of my patient need 15-30 mg

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for reverting bavk to me.

Yes it is anti anxiety medication with powerful sedative properties. I hope that it will help you to fall asleep.

Regarding the dosage most of my patients respond to 15-30 mg per day and a proper dose can be discussed with your treating doctor.

If there are no other problems it can be used alone.
I hope this answers you further.
Thanks and regards.

Brief Answer:
Try two others before oxazepan

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for reverting back to me.

I have suggested three medicines at first place and you need to exhsust other options before moving to third option.

In addition yes it is for short period use but when you have only one option to fall asleep the criteria of short term use becomes irrelevant.

I hope this assists you further.
