Suggest Treatment For Insect Bite In A Child

Question: Hi doctor,
My 1 year old daughter has probably bitten by some insect. Now she has scratched it. Some white color liquid is coming out from it.(Pic attached)
I had applied Caladryl ointment before she scratched it. What should i apply now?

I can see a red, swollen area with a blister. Yes, it does look like an insect bite.
I suggest you to apply momate -f cream, twice daily for a week.
You may also give her syp. Phenergan 2.5ml, twice daily.
