Question: Hello , i have a friend who is currently in very severy condition. He is a male of age of 43 years old and what first started was a sever headache with a increased blood pressure 200/130. From his severe headaches he fell unconcious and from that point on when he came back and started hallucinating and he went blind and paralyzed in his arms and legs. They did blood tests , brain tests everything came back normal the only thing is they found was that his spinal cord that connects to the smaller partion of the brain has imflamation and during the day he would talk normally for 10-15 minutes and then he would go back halucinating and say non ordinary things. His blood pressure has been very high and the doctors cant do anything to bring it down and he hasnt had a stroke or anything . ( i dont know how to refer it as i apologize)

Brief Answer:
Is the MRI report available?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your friend's details. It is unfortunate to note that he is ill, and doctors are unable to find the cause or treat.

Is the MRI report of brain and spinal cord available? If yes, please upload them.

For BP control, labetalol injections and tablets would be very helpful.

For hallucinations, quetiapine tablets are helpful.

We also need to exclude seizures, which can cause episodic abnormal behaviour/speech.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
