Question: Hi I have a issue. For the last month or so now every morning and just about every time I go to urinate there is lint stuck to my urethra and some times it is almost glued shut. When I go to remove it before urinating sometimes there is a white milky watery substance that comes out but it's not very much at all and the tip of my urethra is red and swollen at the bottom. The last time I had sex that was unprotected was about two months ago and I just started noticing this about a month ago. I have contacted my partner and she has came back clean with no STDs. And once again this has been going on for a month now and lint is always stuck to it and it always seems to be moist and somewhat swollen urethra. Need help thanks.

Brief Answer:
Most likely to be due to inflammation of urethra (Urethritis)

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query ,
The milky liquid noticed in the morning at the beginning of urination with redness of tip of the urethra that you have is mostly due to inflammation of Urethra (Urethritis) resulting from unprotected sex with your partner who is most likely to have infection of vagina (Vaginitis).

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water. To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it gets cured completely or practice protected and safe sex.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
